Girls On The Run

Since my daughter is doing Girls On The Run this year, I volunteered to be her running buddy, which is just perfect because I haven't done a lick of exercise all winter. Well, with the exception of a long walk on an unseasonably warm day.

Some graffiti left on a bridge on the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail, presumably written by two stray cats, Roxie and Alicat.

We just started training and really liked the vibe of the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail. It's flat, long, straight, and has an amazing view any way you look. I took that shot above on a little wooden bridge along the trail. Godspeed, Roxie and Alicat, wherever you are.
